BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS

Reserve a fun and informative “hands on” session with your friends and family. Chef Cara works with each organizer to create a delicious 3 course menu featuring an appetizer, main course, and desert. Tuition is $150/student but not less than $500/session (8 student maximum). Older children are welcome but, for safety reasons, they need to be accompanied/supervised by their parent(s). To book a private class, please call or email Chef Cara to review potential dates and menu options. Please follow our Instagram page to see when our next public class (open enrollment) is scheduled.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions normally are 4 hours (10am-2pm) and students should arrive ready to roll up their sleeves and spend the first 2.5 hours creating elevated Italian cuisine in our custom commercial kitchen. Once the dishes have been plated, the class then moves lakeside for a glass of wine, spectacular view, and a relaxed service of the finished products with Chef Cara. Whether you are a novice or an experienced cook, expect to learn secrets that have been passed down for generations as you prepare, consume, and critique your amazing creations.

COURSE MATERIALS & TOOLS

Student’s receive a packet containing the class recipes, ingredients, and detailed instructions which can be saved for future reference. Everything needed to prepare and consume the dishes is also provided, including an apron to protect street clothes in the kitchen. Mimi & Frankie’s aprons (and other swag) may be purchased at the end of the class for those wanting a keepsake of their culinary training/experience.

DIETARY & SPECIAL NEEDS

Please share with Chef Cara any allergies or restrictions that students may have at the time of booking. The commercial kitchen and service areas are not ADA compliant but we will do our best to accommodate special needs and requests when we are able.
